| Spike Davis Began his comedy career in 1986. He is a native of Louisville, Kentucky. He spends most weekends traveling the country performing at comedy clubs and colleges. Spike has toured with Steve Harvey, Jamie Foxx, Chris Rock, Cedric the Entertainer, and a host of other great comedians. Spikes' style of comedy goes across the board, it not only appeals to the silly side in all of us... It appeals to the intellectual side of us as well. And it doesn't stop there! Spike has the distinction of being televisions first African American game show host, on BET's "On the Beat". His easy smile and warm personality has been the catalyst to the success of his cool but funny kid's show called "What's Up Spike." With numerous appearances on such T.V. shows as "BET's Comic View", "A&E's Evening at the Improv", and "Showtime's Laffapalooza", he is a familiar face to stand up comedy fans everywhere. Besides being an avid golfer, fisherman, chef and workout buff, he also enjoys motivational speaking with youth groups. Spike is definitely a Star on the Rise! |
